i had my favorite cheese mushromm swiss at coffee club and manish and pragyan who were sposed to come [we booked seats for them and the waitress kept asking if she could take it away coz they had a lot more ppl coming in!] dint show up [oh i mean, they couldn't find their way :P]! hehe.. ;)
so we started off, meeting up for drinks. which comprised wandering off in clark quay looking for a nice place and then settling in for one drink and wandering some more!
first, we decided to try shisha, about which the person standing outside said, has indian music. but, as abhinav and manish said, we should've later gone and sued her for mis-information, becoz there was nothing of the sort! :P so we juz took one drink each and sat thr talking crap for sometime and then left!
next, i can't believe i did that, but we went looking for "chamiya" bar!!!! and guess what, we met this senior of ours [can't rem his name!] who warned the two guys against going thr coz they had gals wid them! khair neways, we went thr. waise i won a bet wid manish ki the chamiya bar has 3 gals dancing inside [i had my old and experienced source of info about it! :P]. but otherwise one look at the place and me and pragyan said no, we dun wanna sit here! :P
so our next stop was zouk! this was my first time at zouk. its a wonder i've not been there yet, but anyways, nice place. we had one round of tequila shots and a jug of whiskey and coke and one more round of random drinks. and there was this very interesting conversation where i convinced manish that vodka lime was a gals drink [after he had one] and i was gonna publish this in my blog. and he's like isko secret rakho yaar! between you and me! hehe.. wo to abhinav came to the rescue, nahi to abhi tak manish kafi senti ho gaya hota! what with all my teasing! :P
arre haan! pragyan high ho gayi thi! :P no details here! :P
fir, after having sat at the bar and clicked some pics and getting pragyan back to normal [:P], we decided to hit the dance floor! :D imagine the trauma of those around jab hum jaise 4 log ek saath dance karne pahunch jaayein! :P but it was fun. guys were entertained coz abhinav found this lesbo couple dancing together, and me and pragyan were entertained coz these guys have no clue about dancing and they were a sight while trying to! :P other than that, there were some very good dancers around and eye-candy as well. hehe.. :D
2 o'clock saw everyone very tired and sleepy, so we decided to leave. you see me manish and pragyan in da pic. head spinning and eyes closing we left zouk and decided to go to the cheese prata shop near mine and abhinav's houses.
wahan pahunch ke pata chalta hai ki [abhinav ke bina poocha hua qn answer karne ki <== dili kwahish ke baavzood] 15 min tak koi hamara order lene nahi aaya! fir mister manish ne herops kiya aur ja ke pata lagaya ki food will take half an hour to come after we manage to order, which seemed like another half an hour's wait, so i offered making spring onion parathas at my place and we left! on our way back, we found a 7-11 so these guys bought masala dosa roll and paneer rolls, which we made at my place and had with pickle before manish and abhinav left for abhinav's place [3 am]. next morn [it was 1 pm actually :P] wen manish and pragyan decided to go back to ntu as soon as they woke up, i suggested they have "breakfast" before they go. mr. manish ne request ki, ki sirf bread nahi khani kuch aur banao. so i decided to make poha. tv dekhte hue poha khane mein to bade maze aaye! :D fir abhinav jise ghar se jada pool table achi lagti hai, [:P] fir se shuru ho gaya pool khelo! pool khelo! so i suggested, we play billiards instead, in my condo itself. and thats exactly what we did! sercurity guard ne pehle to mujhe poora lecture diya ki pool table ek din pehle book karni chahiye etc etc! fir jab wo finally sab unlock karne aaya to humne usse poocha uncle khelte kaise hain! hame to aata bhi nahi tha!!! :P fir usne complicated rules bataye aur hamne shuru kiya! ab jab hame aata nahi tha khelna to ham +ve se jada to -ve points bana rahe the! :P to hamne -ve count karne hi band kar diye! :P
finally jab game bohot boring ho gaya to we decide whoever reaches 7 points [sad huh?] first will win. finally pragyan aur manish ne ek point se ye game jeeta aur fir came up the best part of that hour. randomly hitting balls which were on the table aur wo bhi 4 log ek saath! that was havoc! :D but fun! :Dme and abhinav were sposed to meet aneez at 5, so pragyan and manish left after 4. abhinav went home to get ready as well. when i was ready to go, i figured aneez had cancelled coz he cudnt make it, and hadn't even bothered to tell me! i was pissed! i got ready in such a hurry! but then i finally had 2 hrs to sleep! so i was thankful also and dint scream at him! :D
woke up at 815 and left in half an hour for harsh's farewell treat. he's leaving singapore to do an MBA at IIM. he took us to this new place punjab cafe. nice food! bohot dino baad indian chinese khaya which tasted good!!! :D and all the while i had such a light head, as if i was high on something! i spose its the lack of sleep! :P
hmmm.. so that was all for my may day celebrations! its a real long one tho! :P i better go and sleep now! need to catch up on that! nitezzzzzz!
